Return Policy

The products we deliver are of the same quality and beauty as you see. In addition, Printed fabrics are randomly cut in order to avoid as much unnecessary waste as possible, making each product a unique piece. You are always welcome to return items within 14 days to our warehouse in Thailand. 

 

To proceed with your return, please log in to your account and wait for a return confirmation from Marimekko Thailand. Once you receive the confirmation, you can arrange to have the item delivered to our warehouse.

You can easily organize a return courier yourself through any Thai courier service portal. 

Products purchased can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Customers must return the receipt. When changing products and the product must be in good condition

Sale items cannot be exchanged in any case and the company reserves the right to refund in any case.

 

Marimekko Thailand reserves the right to approve product replacement or return.

Marimekko Thailand reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
